A few things about last Sunday’s win against the Browns. I
was puzzled when I saw that RB Zac Stacy was inactive. Ivory was great but we
don’t want to wear him down. I’ve said before that Bilal Powell is underrated.
If they run the ball like they did, they’ll have to have three running backs
who run the ball activated for the game. I don’t consider FB Tommy Bohanon one
to carry the ball multiple times.
Fitz was real
good on his two touchdown passes.He threw a bullet to Decker. The fade to
Marshall was excellent. I thought he could have hit Bilal Powell in the end
zone with better touch on the ball. We got lucky with that snap over the head
of Fitzpatrick. If you look at it closely there were two and maybe three Browns
who were in a better position to pounce on the ball. That might have been a
better play than the Brandon Marshall strip.
I like what I
see with WR Chris Owusu. Not sure why he hasn’t done anything as a pro yet but
we’ll take him. He looks like he has excellent hands and he runs good routes.

I didn’t
think Revis played particularly well. We need the great Revis vs. the Colts.

Marcus Williams just keeps making plays.
Couldn’t
believe announcers were almost giving Crowmartie a pass on TD saying he was
looking for inside help. Todd Boles confirmed after game it was all on Crow’.
Got to
get better run backs on punts.
Ivory’s
hamstring issue is a major concern.

Pryor played solid! Probably his best game as a Jet.
